Due to unforeseen circumstances, Jim Yost is unable to be in Malaysia as planned. As such, the Discipleship Making Movement Seminar which he was to have facilitated, is cancelled until further notice.

Sunday Speaker's Profile - Dr Tai Kim Teng's

Dr Tai Kim Teng qualified as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and was in private practice in Ipoh for 28 years before God called him to full-time ministry with OMF Malaysia in 2015. They have relocated to Kuala Lumpur since then.

He is married to Elaine and has three daughters.


He graduated from Seminary Theology Malaysia with Masters in Christian Studies in 2014.


In their present ministry, they journey with Christians who are passionate about God’s mission work. Kim Teng and Elaine travel extensively throughout Malaysia and overseas to preach, teach and mobilize Christians to learn, support and pray for God’s global mission work. Presently, OMF has about 1,400 missionaries worldwide, of which 24 are Malaysians serving in China, Taiwan, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Africa.


They are members of Emmanuel Methodist Church, Petaling Jaya.
