To prepare for your baptism or membership transfer, you are required to attend the Baptism & Membership Class:  


Date: 29 Nov 2025 (Saturday)

Time: 2pm - 6pm

Venue: SSMC


Please fill up the online form to register for the class:




Important Notes:


  • For Baptism Candidates: Please complete the Foundation of Faith studies with your DGL or Sponsor before your baptism (Materials: TRAC Membership Manual or Growing in Christ).

  • For All Candidates (Baptism & Membership Transfer): Complete and submit the Baptism & Membership Form by 15 November 2025 to Rosalind Chong at the Church Office or email: crosalind@gmail.com. ➤ Download the form here: https://tinyurl.com/SSMCBaptismMembershipForm ➤ Physical copies are also available at the church office.

  • For Membership Transfer Candidates: Please also provide a letter of release from your previous church.

  • For Children & Youth: Fill out the form at https://tinyurl.com/SSMCBaptismChildren and submit it to your Children’s Church or Youth Leader. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your DGL or the Church Office at 03-7726 9172.
