Digital Wellness Workshop

Making Wise Choices & Healthy Boundaries in the Digital World In a world where screens are everywhere, how do we help ourselves and our families develop healthy, life-giving digital habits? This workshop is open to parents, young adults, youths and children (9-12 years old) who desire to navigate the digital world with wisdom and intention. Together, we’ll learn how to make good digital choices, set healthy boundaries, and build strong practices for individuals and families.
